'Open & Repair' file (Office 2003)

I created a form PCCON and I saved it as a Doc and then as a TEMPlate. When I run a script that will populate the temp form with data i get an error... Word was unable to read the document. It maybe corrupt. It then goes on to try Open and REpair and Open and text recovery converter.

Any body got any suggestions? I am saveing the Template wrong?

Can you still open the template, and if so, can you view the form in the Visual Basic Editor? If so, try exporting it to a .frm file (right-click the form in the Project Explorer and select Export... from the popup menu). Then delete the form from the template and import the .frm file. If that doesn't help, you can also try importing the .frm file into a new template.
