    Icon for transfer (Excel 2000)

I am trying to place an Icon on my tool bar that will take me over to outlook which is already loaded.
I am wanting to move back and fourth between program. I am running XP and the task bar loades up all the reminders
and the program. I can select it this way but I was looking for an easier method via the Icon, I can do it with Aclt Lt 2002
but could not get the Outlook to switch, it comes up with a warning and the attempts to load another copy of outlook ?

Why not use Alt+Tab to switch to an already open instance of Outlook?

You could also create a shortcut with the following target

    "C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeOutlook.exe" /recycle

and put this in your Quick Launch toolbar in Windows. The /recycle switch tells Windows to activate the already running instance of Outlook if possible, otherwise start it.
