    Large text in email (2003)

I have a client whose machine will display and print HTML type email in very large text. The text appears to be about 16-20 points.
The same email on a different machine does NOT have this issue.

This machine has a large text issue at "Mapquest" web site. They may be related, but, who knows!

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

Could it be Internet Explorer's "Accessibility" options? (Here's a hideous old screen shot I posted once...)

Problem solved, but do NOT know how and why.

I turned on and off the "High Contrast" and problem solved. The setting was OFF, but the kick start, cleared up what was sticky.
