Run code when opening a query (2000)

Is there any way to run code when opening a query - without using a form or command button?

Re: Run code when opening a query (2000)

There are no triggers in Access that automatically run code when a query is opened.

You could create a macro that runs some code and opens the query (or vice versa, depending on what exactly you need). You'd then have to execute the macro instead of opening the query directly.
