Combine worksheets? (2002/SP3)

I have a coworker who has posed this question: He has approximately 65 files with the exact same worksheets in them (same columns), but different data. He now wants to combine all of the data onto 1 worksheet. I don't think he wants them 'linked.' Is there an easier way to do this than cutting and pasting the information?

Any suggestions (well almost!) welcome!
