    Books (2003)

I have recorded a few macros in Project but not happy with the flow. I have years and years of experience writing VBA in Excel. Is it much different?

Can anyone recommend a good reference on Project VBA?

If you have experience with VBA in Excel you will do fine with Project. It has some different references ( some particularly useful date time functions) but works much the same as other MIcrosoft applications that have VBA available. I have found VBA to be the only way to access some of the more complex mathmatical functions for custom fields. The list of functions in Project is very limited but with some VBA you can make any calculated field. I have been successeful in the lounge getting the formula or function I needed from the Excel board and using it in Project. Most of what I know about Project VBA I learned through trial and error.
