Data replication on multiple worksheets (Excel 97)

I have a spreadsheet with multiple worksheets. It is copying the data typed into one accross to the other worksheets. Would anyone know how to fix this and would it have been caused by the original creator copying and pasting the main table layout?

Bit rusty on Excel, must dust off the spreadsheet mind and shelf the database mind for a while!

Phil, there could be a number of reasons, could you post a sample, censored if it contains sensitive business information?

Perhaps your sheets are "grouped". Right-click a sheet tab and see if you can select "Ungroup sheets"

    Thanks for your replies.
Turns out that my worksheets were grouped, which I turned off and the data does not replicate any more.........however, the totals have stopped working altogether. the sums are still there, but don't work automatically. I have attached the spreadsheet in question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Phil,

It seems that calculation mode is set to manual on your workbook. To restore the default automatic setting go to Tools, Options, and select the Calculation Tab and you can set the calculation mode to automatic from there.

Thanks Andrew, you were right. Not sure how that got turned off, it was fine a couple of days before.

Sorry for the late reply, had a few network problems lately.
