    Airlink Wireless USb (Windows XP/SP2)

I have a user who decided to go and buy one of those cheap Airlink USB Adapter's and she installed it on her laptop. Now due to that wireless adapter, she cannot connect to any of the wireless units that ihave setup on our campus. I tried to unistall the Airlink IEEE 802.11G Wirelesss from the unistall program and it seemed that it tried to uninstall the program but it doesn't. I tried to uninstall the program from the Add&Remove programs and once again it went through the uninstalltion, but never uninstalled the program. I did a search on Google to see if anyone had a similiar problem and I did not get anything or no info on this matter. I was hoping someone can give me a some advise on how I can get this uninstalled? I also called their support, which I waited for 20 minutes and then kicked me into the voicemail. Any HELP would be great!!

Have you tried to boot into Safe Mode and try the uninstall? ( addremove )
Tried to remove it from Device Manager, after pulling the plug?
    Try these first.

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
    Today it is called golf!
