    Conditional Formatting (WIN XP/Excel2003)

I usually work with Access, so this is a bit new to me.

I have tried many different combinations to accomplish this task, but I just can't get it.

The first 2 conditions work OK, but I can't get the third.

Can you please take a look at the attached?

    Thank you very much.

    Michael

My guess is you haven't provided an exhaustive description yet, but the attached workbook does what you asked (I think).

I still don't know if you read the follow up posts, but if you do read this, I once again
must say I am in awe of your knowledge and willingness to share.

The solution you provided is EXACTLY what we are looking for.

Hans - Thank you very, very much.

    Sincerely,

The forums in which I am most active (Access, Excel, VBA and Word) make up roughly half of all posts anyway. In most other forums, I only scan new posts quickly.
