If I want an out of office message reply sent to EVERY email that comes in when I'm out of the office, can I set up a template, then set up a rule to check every incoming message and reply with that template? One of our users doesn't like the fact that OOO Assistant only sends one OOO email per sender while they are out, and while I don't agree with the request, I am the IT/Help Desk flunkie and I'll make it do what they want it to do if I can. Will that idea work?
