I'm creating numerous Word files as specs with embedded Acrobat files in them.

The business contacts who are working with these files want to know if there is some way they can directly save these Acrobat files to their disk without going through the two-step process of double-clicking the object to open Acrobat, then doing a Save As... within Acrobat. Ideally, they would like to modify their popup (i.e. right-click) menu to run a macro that would bring up a dialog box to directly save the object as a file.

Is this even possible? Has someone written a macro to do this? Can I modify the popup menu to include this command? Which popup menu would need to be modified in this case? Despite what it seems to say in Word 2000 help, I haven't yet been able to modify a popup menu to include a new command.
