    WHAT is this textbox? (2003)

Attached is a single worksheet with a single cell (B2) that has some weird sort of comment-style popup textbox (but not a normal cell comment). It only pops up when the cell is active/selected but there are no macros in the sheet. I want to edit the text but I cannot figure out what this box actually is and how to edit it? Also how can I create these items, if anyone knows?

PS: I did a straight copy & paste of one cell from a larger worksheet and the popup came with the cell itself.

It is an input message from Data | Validation. To edit or remove it:
    - Select the cell.
    - Select Data | Validation.
    - Activate the Input Message tab.
    - You can modify the title and message, or you can clear the check box if you want to get rid of the message.

Thank You Hans! I never would have thought to look there. Very much appreciated, this mystery was driving me bananas! <img src=/S/bananas.gif border=0 alt=bananas width=33 height=35>
