Shutting Off the Synchronizer (O2K Developer Edition)

I had a need some time back to test database replication on an NT machine and used the replication manager to do the job. Part of the process required allocating the machine as the synchronization manager.

I no longer have a need for this capability, but can't figure out how to stop the synchronizer from starting every time I log in. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Re: Shutting Off the Synchronizer (O2K Developer Edition)

Assume Win2k or NT server. Win2k: Go to Control Panel>Adminstrative Tools>Services. Find that service in the list. Double-click. Change Startup type to Disabled. Either reboot or stop the service by clicking the Stop button.

NT: Open Services in Adminstrative Tools folder. Follow above from there.
