    Table lines (2003)

    Can anyone tell me why the enclosed table has a blue underline which I can

    The cells in the last two columns have a top and bottom margin of 0.06", while the other cells have top and bottom margins of 0". If you make the top and bottom margins equal for all cells, the blue "lines" will disappear.

    I used the Reveal Formatting task pane to see how the cells on the right differed from the other ones.
