    Attachment Formatting (OE6)

Can you tell me how to stop the formatting of large attachments (eg articles of 30+ pages) going haywire when despatched?

Can you give a few more details:
What kind of attachments - Word? Powerpoint?...
What exactly happens when they go 'haywire'?
What, typically, would be the size of a 'large' attachment?

I am referring to MSWord attachments, typically 30+ pages. The main problems are pagination changes - eg tables might be split across pages; parts of sentences move onto the next line etc (the sort of thing that can happen when sending a straight e-mail without using RichText).

Word formats documents for the default printer, so if the recipient has a different printer than you have, pagination may change. For example, inkjet printers typically have a larger unprintable area at the bottom of the page than laser printers.

Yep - but Hans' response was exactly what I would have replied with <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15> - sorry, but no more to add!
