    Restrict Sites (6)

    Hi,

We want to be able to restrict users to approx four websites in total, how can we do this without paying huge sums of money, etc, I don't mind if it's not centrally controllable
    Best Regards,

    Luke

    Luke,
Have you looked at Internet Options>Content>Content Advisor>Enable>Approved Sites
and added the four approved site addresses?

Yes, but is there a way that it doesn't have to ask me each time someone tries to visit an non-authorised site?
    Best Regards,

    Luke

Okay, have been able to find how to stop it propting me for the password. However when I view say multimap.com it tells me that other sites are not aailable (adverts), can I stop this prompt from appearing without having to add the advert url to the always list?

    Luke,

I'm really not sure about this since I don't use Content Advisor or restrict sites.
You may be able to get something from the Microsoft KB article on the subject:
    CONTENT

or google "Windows XP Content Advisor".
