    Macro Password Removal (Excel 2002)

    Hello!
I've recorded macros, and written small, basic code in VB and have never put a password on any of them, however my past coworker put one on some code he wrote a long time ago... he know longer works here, but did give me the password prior to his departure, so I'm able to view the code anytime I wish to... I'd like to NOT have to enter the password EVERY time I want to look at the code (I'm trying to learn from it). How can I remove the password?
    Thanks!

    Open the workbook.
    Activate the Visual Basic Editor.
    Select Tools | VBAProject Properties...
    Provide the password.
    Activate the Protection tab.
Clear the check box and both password boxes.
    Click OK.
    Save the workbook.
