    Adding Web to a Tab Control (2000)

    We have a hyperlink field in the db called maplink, I want to add a new tab control so that is purely designated to the maplink field, which links to multimap based on the postcode in record. I am able to update the maplink field each record, but cannot gget any further.
    Best Regards,

    Luke

    Why don't you simply use the hyperlink field - it will open the appropriate web page in the user's browser, without any work on your side.

    If you really want to display a web page on the form itself, click on the More Controls button on the Toolbox and insert a Microsoft Webbrowser control (you can also do this by selecting Insert | ActiveX Control... and selecting Microsoft Webbrowser).
    Put code in the On Current event of the form:

    Private Sub Form_Current()
    Me.Webbrowser0.Navigate2 Me.Maplink.Hyperlink.Address
    End Sub
