    New Web Site (2000)

A friend of mine has asked me to design a web site for her business, which I propose doing in Front Page. However, I'm not sure what to use when it comes to creating the checkout/basket. There seems to be a lot of choice and I was wondering if any loungers have had any experience they would like to share or any recommendations of good, simple (& hopefully cheap) systems.

    Thanks in advance,

    Tony.

    Tony.
Depending on where she has her site hosted, the host company may have a solution for you. I host my site at Readyhosting.com and one of the bennies is it's version of a shopping cart (Cart 32 I believe). Simple, I'm not sure but it does work.
    Hope this helps.

Also remember that some "Hosts" do NOT support Frontpage extensions by default. They may need to be installed by the host before setting up the site.

I have no idea of the pricing, but some buyers might be more comfortable with a name they recognize, like Amazon or Yahoo, as the commerce host.

Thanks to all for the input.

Following on from those comments, do you have any experience (good or bad) or recommendations for other hosts.

    Thanks,

    Tony.

Thanks Dave - I'll check it out. It is a service that was recommended to me by another person.

    Cheers,
