    Print Selection (03)

Is it possible to capture the "Print What" checkboxes?

Based on which box the user has selected I would like to perform different code.

I think you'll have to create a custom print dialog (userform).

Do my eyes deceive me, or is there a "LIST" option in your Print What options? I cannot ever recall seeing this feature....and if it is a genuine option (and not a ghost image), what does this option do? Only print a list, or what?

    Tx

Excel 2003 introduced the List option (Data | List | Create List...). Type List in the Help to get more info.

If the active cell is within a list (in the above sense), the List radio button in the Print dialog will be enabled.

It pays to look up what's new in the help.
