Open the query in design view.
Click in the field (in the query grid) that you want to format.
Activate the Properties window.
Select Currency in the Format property and set Decimal Places to 0.

Re: Format Numbers in a query (2000)

I have been able to do it like this:

AskingPrice: Format([price],"Currency")

I will then use this field to create a merged field like below

MergeName: IIf([PriceQualify]="Asking Price",[AskingPrice],[PriceQualify] & " " & [AskingPrice])

If I just use the formatting int he query for that field, it does not use the formatting in the combined field.
Best Regards,

Luke

If you want a currency format with no decimals, try

AskingPrice: Format([Price],"₤ #,##0")
