    Page Setup 'ghosted' (2000 SR-1)

I have a single page form, created by someone else, which I've modified. It is not Read-Only or protected. I can't access Page Setup features to set my paper source, etc. The feature is just unavailable. It doesn't matter where I click on the page. Any advice?

Are you sure the document is not protected for forms?
Could you attach a copy of the document, with sensitive information removed, to a reply?

When I tried to forward it, the original title apparently comes up in the subject line: "Creates a fax cover sheet tailored to your specifications."
It was created from the template of luptif00.dot. I can't even "Select All." Is there a way to strip these attributes?

Can you select File | Properties? Title, Subject and other attributes can be edited there.

Here's the page. File/Properties all look to be ghosted as well.

The document is protected for forms, as I suspected. Select Tools | Unprotect document.

That certainly was easy! I thought the way to protect a document was only through the File/Save As/Tools route.
    Thank you.

There are different types of protection. The protection in File | Save As | Tools concerns requiring a password for opening and/or saving the document as a whole. The protection in Tools | Protection concerns limiting what the user can do within the document:
    - Enforce track changes.
    - Allow only comments.
    - Allow only data entry in form fields in specific sections of the document.
