    keyboard shortcuts (Office 2003)

I learned PC before W95. I sometimes find easier (and faster) to strike keys than pointing to icons.
Some time ago, someone in this forum listed an extremely useful list of keyboard shortcuts for Excel, of which I only remember (and use very frequently) CRTL+SHIFT+7 , which places a single frame in the cell (or merged cells). It is faster than going to the icon in toolbar.
Now, could please that person please repeat that whole list again? I will save it safely this time.
    Thanks in advance.

It wasn't me, but here is the link: Keyboard shortcuts. Click Show All to see the complete list. You can copy it into a Word document, if you like.
