what about function and reliability?
Ah! You didn't ask that question.
Since they appear to be US-only, I don't have a view on how well they will work in whatever situation you wish to use them.
US power supplies seem to have more need of power surge suppression than we do in the UK since, pleasingly, we seem to have cleaner and more reliable power and less lightning, and 230 V, 50 Hz, gives somewhat different characteristics than does 115 V, 60 Hz.
