    Conversion Data Input (2003 allSPs/SBS 2003)

I want to have a form that allows a user to type in a number of conversion factors (eg Exchange Rate, Freight Rate). Once these factors have been entered on the form, I want to be able to use them in calculations in queries. The conversion factors would need to stay the same unless I overtyped them
    Any help appreciated

You need a table with just one record, and a field for each of the rates you want to use. Base all the calculations on the value in the fields in this, and have a form linked to the one record in the table for updating the values you want use.

To stop a second record being created (or the first being deleted), set its allow additions and allow deletions property to false (and remove the navigation buttons).
