Table display problems in IE vs. Firefox (2003)

I have a website at http://fpcmc.presbychurch.net that is created using a table in Frontpage 2003. When I view the completed page in IE 6.0, everything looks great. However when I view in Firefox 1.5.0, which is my preferred browser, there is a big gap in the table. I cannot find anything in the code that would be causing this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Table display problems in IE vs. Firefox (2003

    Hi Jodi

I have been looking at this on and off during the day and have now realised why I gave up using Frontpage back in 1998 <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>.

    Wow what a messy code that FP creates <img src=/S/flee.gif border=0 alt=flee width=25 height=25>

I have looked at your code and basically FP has done the usual thing and gone for the belt and braces approach and given height attributes to all of the table cells, I think the introduction of images has upset also. I have basically removed height attributes from the left column cell and the central column cells. There were quite a few deletions such that I cannot list them all but I have created a zip file of your page and graphics and attached it to this post. I hope you don't mind but it was the quickest and easiest way to do the fix. Have a look at adapted page and compare the changes...good luck
