conditional format (2003 )

hi all,
the attachment has the data format I am dealing with, what I need is a mean by whcih I can color highlight any "CONTR" name if the first "STATUS" are not "C". for more illustration, In the attchment I have manually highlighted SAM-28 & WDD-29 by yellow because the first two data in the STATUS column are not "C".
Regards.
TIA

Select A2:A9 (or as far down as needed).
Select Fromat | Conditional Formatting...
Select "Formula Is" from the first dropdown box.
Enter
=AND($A2<>"",OR($H2<>"C",$H3<>"C"))
in the box next to it.
Click the Format... button.
Activate the Pattern tab.
Select the highlight color you want.
Click OK twice.
