I'm having problems with mailmerging and emailing the document. As an example: If the "test.doc" has only one sentence in it with one field to merge, the file received by the recipient has two identical sentences with current field record being passed from "test.doc"s attached file along with record #2.

Another example stated diffrently: Hello <<field to merge>>.

First message received-
Hello World
Hello John

Next message received contains-
Hello Mary
Hello John

Does anyone have an idea why one record keeps on repeating during mail merge?
