Create a list from spreadsheet structure (Excel XP)

    Hi,

I often use the Pivot Table(PT) feature to create a list of sreadsheet data. I use the PT consolidate option and select the range and finish the wizard. Then I remove the Row and Column fields from the resulting PT and double click on the Value field. The PT creates a list on a new sheet that represents the spreadsheet data.

In the attached workbook, this process is illustrated in the first three sheets. But my problem is that the fourth sheet is structured differently and the PT process I use is not working on this structure. Is there a way to still create a list of the data if it is in the structure as on the fourth sheet in the attached file???

If anyone can help it will be appreciated
    TIA
    Regards,
    Rudi

I think you'd have to write a macro to reconstruct the data table.
