    Hyperlink to Outlook forms (Office 2000 Professional)

    Hello

    Could anyone tell me how to hyperlink from a Word document to an Outlook form? - can't seem to find the right hyperlink address to do that.

    Any help much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    CathyM

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    I don't think a hyperlink can do that. Perhaps a macro called by a macro button.

    It's not clear what you are trying to do, and it would help to know what kind of form and where you are storing it. (See also <!mskb=290802>Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 290802<!/mskb>) I don't use forms, so I'm speculating here, but ...

    If the form is a file, a standard hyperlink to a file should work, but Outlook Forms aren't understood by Word; either Word will complain that it's an unknown file type, or Outlook will be loaded to load the form.

    If the form is in an Outlook Public Folder, <!post=this post,540975>this post<!/post> shows how to write an Outlook hyperlink to a Public Folder form. An example would be:

    <Outlook://Public%20FoldersAll%20Public%20FoldersCorporate%20 Calendar>

    As Hans states, it may not be possible to do what you want.
