    Make Shortcut to menu entry (2003)

    In Word I can make a shortcut to a menu entry by Right-Clicking & then just dragging menu options to the toolbars.

    I can also record a macro & assign it a button.

    The usual way this is done in the MS programs is to Right click a toolbar area and choose Customize (or go to Tools > Customize) then drag Commands into toolbars or menus.

    While you are in Customize mode, you can Ctrl-drag a menu item to a toolbar to place a copy in that location.
