budget partition management for Server 2003

So, I'm trying to roll out this server, and it's figthing me, mocking me really, every step of the way (The computer name in the lab is LOKI). I finally have it almost ready to go, but I realized I screwed up.
I wanted to creat two partitions on the RAID for security reasons, but I forgot and made one big one.

Now, what I need is a partition management tool for a reasonabl cost that will handle windows 2003 Server and NTFS simple volumes. And for the one operation I need to perform one time, I can't justify $500 for Acronis's server product.

    Any other possibilties out there?

    Thanks for any ideas.

Thanks! Looks like BootIT NG from TeraByte will do the job for me.
