Setting Default Views for Tasks (Outlook 2003 SP2)
My boss has requested that all users be set up to see the tasks folders in our public folders in a certain way, not the outlook default and any new folders created need to be viewed in the same way. Is there a way to customize a view and have it be the default for all users?

Assuming they are Public Folder Task Folders, an authorized user of the Folder should be able to set the View, have it apply to all Viewers of that Folder, and set permission so that no-one can change it. If it's Public Folder, the question is probably best asked in the Servers forum, since the Exchange Admin will set up applicable Permissions.
Newly created Folders in Public Folders can be controlled the same way. Existing and new Folders in Exchange Mailboxes and PSTs' cannot.-John ... I float in liquid gardens
