Calendar event: Choose your date (2003)
My boss wants to hold a series three meetings. Every employee must attend one of the meetings but can choose which one of the three meetings to attend.
Is there any way that Outlook calendar will allow an invitee to "accept" one meeting from a list of possibilities?
I know that I could invite every employee to all three meetings and have them accept one and decline the others but is there a more elegant way to accomplish the task?
