    Slide Show Change (2003)

I have a 3 slide presentation. When I go from slide 2 to 3, it fully shows all of the bullet points on the slide 3. I would like for it to show all except the last one, and require an extra mouse-click to cause the display of this last item.

How do I make that happen?

I'm not a PowerPoint expert, but I think you'd have to place the last bullet point in a separate text box. You can then specify that the extra text box is to appeat on a mouse click in Slide Show | Custom Animation...

In the Custom Animation pane, you can build your list of bullets individually (at least in PPT2002+). You can set them all to "begin after previous," but set the last line to appear on a mouse click. I've attached an example, but you can use any entrance effect you like.
