    Entering text into Datasheet - 2003 (SP2)

When creating a chart in PowerPoint, I am trying to enter column headings on the datasheet and enter a "line break" at specified positions in the text. So for example I want to see UK Budget 2006 on three separate lines along the X-axis - and likewise for the rest of the headings. In Excel I would do this by pressing Alt+Enter at the required position. If I copy the headings from Excel where I have put Alt+Enter between lines, it works fine. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this in PowerPoint?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

Unfortunately, the Microsoft Graph interface is a poor cousin of that of Excel; it has less features in most respects. Creating the headings in Excel is the way to go. You could even create the entire chart in Excel, and copy/paste it into your presentation.

Thought you'd say that! Thanks anyway.
