    No Data (2003)

I'm trying to print a report who's control is a query that uses a "table" and "another query". The "other query" lists a group of supplier names but the "table" doesn't have data for all those supplier names. The two are linked by Supplier ID. On the report I would like to print all the supplier names from the "other query" and print zero dollar amounts if there is no data in the "table" for one of supplier names. Hope that's not to confusing. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Kent

Open the query in design view.
Double click the join line between the "other query" and the "table".
Select the option to include all records from the "other query", then click OK.

On the report, you can use an expression such as

    =Nz([FieldName],0)

in the control source of a text box to return 0 instead of null (missing) values.

That did the trick. Thank you very much!
