Remove a Form Title Bar (2003)

I'd like to use a startup form to display some info for a few seconds and then close it therefore I'd like to remove the title bar from such form so as to just show the content of the form detail section.
I saw an article last week on the web about how to do that but for the life of me I can't retrieve it <img src=/S/hairout.gif border=0 alt=hairout width=31 height=23>. I think it made use of API functions.
Does anyone know how to achieve that?

If you set the Border Style property of the form to None, it won't have a title bar. It won't have a border either, but you can place a rectangle (box) on the form to simulate a border.
