Print to PDF and Then E-mail (2000)

We have a report, that we wish to print to pdf and then send to the user that requested it to be printed.

Reason I want this to happen is that some users print a report via vpn to their local printer, however when the report is spooled because it contains photos is 50MB plus.

    Any ideas?
    Best Regards,

    Luke

Managed to do it this time, fresh set of eyes looking at it makes a difference.

The PDf export is not the same for some reason it should look like the report, but all the formatting is wrong, fronts, the tet does not fit in the boxes correct, it is as though the font has changed, any ideas?
    Best Regards,
