bullets in a text cell? (2003)

Is there a way to format the text in "Task Name" cells? Specifically, I'd like to force a return ( to create say 3 bullets or item) ) in cells?

Imagine this line is my task name/text It would be great to have
- a bullet here
- and another here.
- and to make my boss happy one more.

Best thing I could suggest is to use a task note. Word wrap only applies to header text, and there is no ability to have a hard return in the Task Name fields.
with an attached task note you would see through a tool tip bulleted information.
