    Printing word documents (Access2003)

I have a list of tests that different staff members have to take depending on their department and their credentials. What I want to be able to do is include the file name and path in the database. Then I want to be able to select department and credentials from a form and press a button which then causes a specific printer to print the tests, with duplexing of the documents.

Any direction would be helpful. Thank you for your time. Fay

To print a series of documents using the defaults set by the user, you can adapt the code from <post:=534,841>post 534,841</post:>.
If you want more control over the printer and the printout, you'll probably have to use Automation to control Word from Access. My fellow moderator WendellB has a good introduction on his website, with useful links: Automation 101.
If you want more specific help, please provide more detailed information.
