    Unprotecting forms (2003)

I understand from other posts that it is not possible to use some attributes and spell check in a protected form. The users would like the ability to unprotect a form quickly if they need to applying fomatting, etc.

I tried to write a quick macro to unprotect the form, but the macro option is in active. Is there a quick keystroke to unprotect?

To set up a new set of keys to do that, select Tools > Customize > Keyboard... > Tools > ToolsProtectUnprotectDocument and then use the Press new shortcut key to enter your new key combo. Check to make sure there is nothing in the Current keys box that you wouldn't want overridden
