    VBA Development in XP or 2003? (Word XP and 2003)

    Hi, all. We have a mixed environment at my company. Some users have Office 10 (XP) and some are using 11 (2003.) So far, I've continued to develop templates on an XP machine, figuring 2003 would certainly be backwards compatible. However, I

    Be very careful that you don't use any features introduced in Word 2003. See New Objects - Word 2003 VBA Language Reference and neighboring subjects.

    Also, avoid the use of non-standard references (in Tools | References...)
