I created a graph in excel linking it to an access table. On my main menu (in access) I would like the user to easily be able to open excel and go right to the graph. I am just learning VB and I just can't seem to get the code to work right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Access 2000, this isn't a problem. If I remember correctly, though, Office 97 apps based on an Access table would launch another session of Access when you opened them, so performance became an issue at times. Was there some reason you didn't create the graph in Access?

I am not creating the graph in Access because I have to be able to e-mail it and if I save it as a snp file I lose some of the text inside the graph. I could save it as an Adobe file but at $295.00 a seat that is not an option.
That is why I have to do it in excel. If I can't easily open excel they will just have to learn how to do it. You know how users can be. Mine balk at anything.
