    XSLT and XML

    Anybody come across any nice, <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> XSLT/XML/De###### software. I am trying out <oXygen> at the moment but it is on a 30 day trial <img src=/S/sad.gif border=0 alt=sad width=15 height=15>

If you have access to Visual Studio have a look at Debugging XSLT. There might be some useful link at XML Developer Center. Also, have a look at Exchanger XML Editor - XML Editor and XSLT De###### available to try for free.

It is only disk space. Which is cheap, right? <img src=/S/anigrin.gif border=0 alt=anigrin width=19 height=19>

<img src=/S/whisper.gif border=0 alt=whisper width=29 height=17>I have just found out that if my link to <oXygen/> above is OK....after 31 days it does not bomb out....you just have to get a new key from them via email....a colleague has had it running for about 1 year <img src=/S/wink.gif border=0 alt=wink width=15 height=15>

Anyway <oXygen/> is a great product, I was playing with the app last night and it is doing a great job, finds syntax errors in XML and the XSLT structure, spelling, it is colour coded and does not place extraneous data in the file like a certain Macromedia product <img src=/S/innocent.gif border=0 alt=innocent width=20 height=20>

    Jezza

This is another product that was suggested to me XMLSpy . There is a 30 day trial of the full product or there is a <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> Home version. Haven't tried it yet but one of the system sguys at my College says it is the bees knees, and if he says it it must be good. It apparently does XML XSLT SOAP XQL amongst a few...worth a try though <img src=/S/yep.gif border=0 alt=yep width=15 height=15>

Is it normal for bears to talk to themselves?

    Are you implying that Jezza is 'normal'? <img src=/S/evilgrin.gif border=0 alt=evilgrin width=15 height=15> <img src=/S/duck.gif border=0 alt=duck width=23 height=23>

Are you implying that a teddy bear with a chainsaw who talks to himself is *not* normal? <img src=/S/yikes.gif border=0 alt=yikes width=15 height=15>
