Search and display result in same form (2003)

Hi, I have a form used to input and edit all the information fields of a personnel. I included an unbound combo box with a search command button at the top of the form to be able to pull right up the personnel and all related information into the form. I am having so trouble figuring this out. Any help is a blessing.

The easiest way to do this is to turn on Control Wizards (the second button on the Toolbox), then to place a combo box on the form. The Combo Box Wizard will ask you what you want to do. Select the third option ("Find a record on my form based on the value I selected in my combo box"), then click Next. Follow the instructions. When you click Finish, Access will create the necessary code for you.
