    Calendar Conflicts (2003)

Our organization has a number of meeting rooms that we would like to be able to track bookings for in Outlook 2003 calendar. Establishing the shared calendar and entering in the meetings is not a problem.

What we are wondering is if we book a meeting and for the location enter "Room1" and there is is a conflict, can we then enter another room "Room 2" and get the conflict message to go away? Right now it provides the message for any two meetings happening at the same time even if they are in different locations. Can this be changed?

You should create an Exchange mailbox for each meeting room. See (for example) About scheduling resources and Schedule and manage meetings in Outlook.
