    Clipboard - multiple clips (2002/SR2)

    Afternoon -

If it possible to "code" the workings of the Cipboard so if you use Paste All, they are not run-in as one long entry? Can one have them separated by, say, a paragraph?

(When copying, it is not always possible to include blank space to use as a separation indicator.)

    Thank you.

    Good evening,

As far as I know, Word will insert a space between the clipboard items, and I don't know of a way to change this to a paragraph mark or anything else.

Numerous clipboard recorder programs are available, but I've had great satisfaction with Clipboard Recorder. And it's <img src=/S/free.gif border=0 alt=free width=30 height=15> .

Thanks for the recommendation. I like the MS Clipboard because you can paste all the entries at once.

In Office 2000, when the office clipboard was a toolbar, you could use VBA to individually "click" the buttons to "paste all," positioning the insertion point (e.g., in a different table cell) between pastes. However, the Office XP-2003 task panes require different tricks and I'm not sure whether there are any tricks for this particular one.
