    Updating Contacts (MSO 2003)

    Amended:

I "found" the "Update Now" button, but it tells me that "some" of the emails are wrong, and should "it" fix them? I say yes, but get no response... and then two of the contacts' icons are different than the rest.

And yet when I look at the info for those two contacts, everything seems OK...

Is there any way, if you change a particular contact's e-mail, to have it update "automatically for the groups that contact is part of?

After you update the email address in the contacts area.

You can open each "Group" and select the "Upgrade Now" button on the right side of the pane.

Also remember to select "Save and Close" to save the updates.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    Dave:

    I did that... thanks...

But the icons for the two items is still different, and when I open any others, it opens an "E-mail Properties" window, but for those two, it's a "full" "Contact properties window.

    ??
