Mail merge with filtered data from outlook (2002 SP3)

I want to print labels from Word using addresses I have stored in Outlook. Using the mail merge wizard everything works OK. My problem is that is Outlook I have created categories to filter the addresses I want for the labels. Much to my surprise you cannot filter them in Word.

Is categories not the correct way to filter addresses or am I missing something?

    Hi Marcel,

See Office Watch vol 6 no 53. It explains how to start the mail merge from Outlook so that you can send e-mails to members of a specific category.
